Rental Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. If cancelled 10+ days from the start of your rental, you will receive full store credit for a rental to be used within a year. 

Cancellations less than 9 days from the start date will not receive any store credit.

We understand you may want to change your mind on which dress you'd like to rent, we will accommodate this change when possible and you will be charged a $10 change fee. Please email flutterdressrentals@gmail.com for this request.

 

Purchase Return Policy

Because we are a small shop and most of our dresses are made to order, we cannot accept returns. Please contact us if you have a problem with your order.
